TEMPERING RESPONSE OF A DEFORMED LOW CARBON DUAL PHASE STRUCTURE

The low carbon dual phase structure was cold de formed first,then was tempered at 200 to 600℃.The variation in strength and ductility during tempering of the steel was investigated.It was found that a fter the de formed dual phase structure was tempered at 200 to 600℃, with the increase in the tempering temperature the tensile strength decreases rapidly;the lotal elongation remains constant at 200 to 500℃ but began to rise dramatically at a critical temperature between 500 and 600℃.However,when the non-deformed dual phase structure was tempered at the same temperature range,the tensile strength decreases and the total elongation increases continuously with the increase of temperature.It was demonstrated from TEM analysis that precipitating carbides density along the boundaries ofmartensite lath and the recrystallized grains are responsible for the tempering response ofthe de formed dual phase structure.

利用8Li次级束测量了质心系能量7.8 MeV 2H(8Li, 9Li)1H反应的角分布, 导出了8Li(d, p)9Li反应的天体物理S因子及9Li8Li+n虚衰变的渐近归一化系数.

Corrosion characterization of Mg-8Li alloy in NaCl solution

Corrosion Science

The corrosion mechanism of Mg-8Li alloy in NaCl solution was investigated by electrochemical testing and SEM observation. The electrochemical results indicated that the corrosion resistance of Mg-8Li alloy in 0.1 M NaCl solution gradually deteriorated with increasing of immersion time expect for 2 h immersion, which was consistent with the SEM observation of corrosion morphology. Mg-8Li alloy exhibited filiform type of attack under significant anodic control of magnesium solution reaction. The cathodic reaction was driven by hydrogen evolution reaction. The presence of filiform corrosion also proved a resistant oxide film naturally formed on the surface of Mg-8Li alloy. (C) 2009 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.

Li1+xV3-yMyO8(M=Mo,P)高温阴极放电性能的研究

采用固相反应法制备了Li1+xV3-yMyO8(M=Mo,P;0≤y≤0.4),研究了不同Mo和P含量对Li1+xV3O8相的影响,并首次对其进行了高温阴极放电性能的研究.结果表明:Mo和P掺杂量分别为y≤0.2和y<0.2时可获得纯Li1+xV3O8相;Mo掺杂使Li1+xV3O8峰值电压提高0.3 V,比容量提高25%,嵌入的Li+量最高可达x=3.8;P掺杂(y≤0.20)对Li1+xV3O8的峰值电压和比容量影响较小.化学嵌锂实验也证实掺杂后的材料具有更快的Li+嵌入速度.

Li8Al1-xSi2xP1-xO8系统锂快离子导体的合成与表征

Li4SiO4为母体,叶蜡石为原料的Li8Al1-xSi2xP1-xO8系统的锂快离子导体,经高温固相反应制得.X射线衍射分析结果表明该系统在0.5<x<0.9的组成范围内形成单一的固溶体相,其空间群为P21/m,导电性能测试结果表明x=0.6的合成物具有最高的电导率,在673K时其电导率达到2.6×10-2S/cm,其活化能为60.73kJ/mol(温度区间373~673K).

Li2ZnTi3O8基微波介质陶瓷的研究进展

Li2 ZnTi3 O8陶瓷是一种固有烧结温度低的新型微波介质陶瓷,具有较高的品质因数和近零的谐振频率温度系数。主要论述了近年来 Li2 ZnTi3 O8陶瓷制备方法、离子置换改性、氧化物掺杂改性以及低温共烧等方面的研究进展,指出了目前 Li2 ZnTi3 O8陶瓷研究中存在的问题及今后的发展趋势。
